We are proud to present a new issue of the scientific, professional journal Education for Entrepreneurship. The foundations of this issue are papers from the 7th International Conference on Entrepreneurial Learning, whose main theme was innovations and digital competences in entrepreneurship. Innovations and digital competences in entrepreneurship are current themes because every company that wishes to compete in up-to-date business conditions should be innovatively managed and should adjust to technologies that are developing and being vastly used. Therefore, we come across companies without material assets that are leaders in their fields, mainly because of the innovations they have incorporated in the production or sale of their products, i.e. the provision of services. As far as innovative thinking about education for entrepreneurship is concerned, it is of high importance because we should already consider knowledge and competences which future jobs will require. This issue of the journal is intended for all those who reflect on or deal with entrepreneurship and those who plan to do it in the future. Likewise, this issue gives special contributions to the academic and professional community by increasing overall theoretical and empirical knowledge about innovations and digital competences in entrepreneurship. Furthermore, we want to thank the authors, the Editorial Board, the reviewers and all others involved in the realization of this issue of the journal. We hope that you have recognized the effort and work put into it, and we invite you all to join in the future editions of the journal Education for Entrepreneurship.

Here is another issue of the scientific, professional journal Education for Entrepreneurship in which, among others, are published selected papers from the 6th International Conference on Entrepreneurial Learning. The journal Education for Entrepreneurship is available for free download so we can contribute to removing obstacles in the expansion of scientific information and thus increase the availability of scientific production, accelerate innovations and better scientific cooperation and efficiency of scientific processes. The journal supports regional and international orientation and is intended for academic, economic and social community. We want to thank the authors, the Editorial Board, the reviewers and others taking part in editing the journal and contributing to justifying the expectations of its readers. The reasons for this project are the significance of the main theme that the journal is focused on and giving opportunities to scientists and experts to exchange scientific and professional information and results of the studies regarding problems with upbringing, learning and education for entrepreneurship. The third year of publishing of the journal Education for Entrepreneurship witnesses the perseverance of all those responsible for issuing, who gathered enough enthusiasm for developing this project in these difficult times. The journal Education for Entrepreneurship is unique because it publishes scientific and professional papers in Croatian, Serbian, Bosnian and English. The Publisher and the Editorial Board have chosen the APA system (American Psychological Association) of writing references in the text and writing bibliographic units in the list of used sources. More details about this can be found in the Manual for Cooperatives at the end of each volume issued. We are grateful to all of those who, by offering their scientific and professional papers and in any other way, helped to launch this scientific and editorial project.

The Ministry of the Economy, Labor and Entrepreneurship, systematically encourages entrepreneurship projects and educational programs and proposes systematic adjustments and measures of development policies, based on the program of the Government of Croatia for the promotion of small and medium-sized enterprises. In cooperation with the Ministry of Science, Education and Sport, the Ministry of Regional Development, Forestry and Water Management, the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development, the Croatian Chamber of Commerce, the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts and Croatian Employment Service, University College of Economics, Entrepreneurship and Management Nikola Subic Zrinski, organizes the first scientific-expert International Conference on Entrepreneurial Learning ICEL1. The international conference was conceived as a scientific and professional conference aimed at encouraging all those who are recognized in any way by their work and engagement in promoting and developing entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship and the entrepreneurial competence of both an individual and social community as a whole, under the conditions of general social and economic globalization, is a fundamental prerequisite for successful growth and development. The theoretical differences in defining entrepreneurship indicate the complexity and importance of the discussions about the topic. The practical impacts of learning for entrepreneurship on social and economic reality with long term consequences pose a particular challenge to the economy and everybody involved in the educational process, i.e. pupils, students, trainees, employees or educators, teachers and mentors. Raising the general level of entrepreneurial competence is one of the priorities of every society.
